-Our building is comprised of four 5 bedroom flat-style apartments, each accommodating 5 students and two 6 bedroom townhouse—style apartments, each accommodating 8 students.
-Lease term for the current school year will be from June to May.
-Our 5 person apartments are $815 per person per month, our 8 person apartments are $785.00 per person per month. Each includes heat, hot water, snow and trash removal.
